Wedding Ceremony Options

THE “CITY HALL ALTERNATIVE” ($400)
The "City Hall Alternative" ceremony is ideal for couples who are eloping or wish to legally marry before or after a destination wedding. With just two witnesses required, this simple and straightforward ceremony meets all the legal requirements of Ontario’s Marriage Act. After the ceremony, I will take care of filing your Marriage Registry and mailing your completed Marriage Licence to the Office of the Registrar General. If you're seeking to make your union legal but prefer a ceremony led by someone who isn't authorized to solemnize marriages in Ontario, this is a great option for you. I can meet with you either beforehand or immediately after your ceremony to ensure everything is legally official!

The Short and Sweet Ceremony ($500)
The "Short and Sweet" Ceremony is ideal for couples who want a brief yet meaningful experience. Lasting about 15 minutes, this ceremony gives you the freedom to choose the language for your vows, ring exchange, a reading, and how you’ll be introduced to your guests—it's simple, yet sweet! After the ceremony, I will handle the filing of your Marriage Registry and mail your completed Marriage Licence to the Office of the Registrar General. A final consultation to walk through the details of the ceremony will be held via Zoom 1-2 weeks before your big day.

The Classic Ceremony ($600.00)
The "Classic" Ceremony is designed to offer you a truly unforgettable experience, complete with all the thoughtful touches. It includes full access to my exclusive e-resources, where you can browse vows, readings, and personalized language options for every part of your ceremony (you'll even get a sneak peek of the resources during our first consultation!).
Using a detailed questionnaire that you will complete, I'll craft a ceremony that reflects your unique story, personalities, and values. Whether you're looking for something intimate, fun, or deeply meaningful, I’ll weave your narrative into the ceremony in a way that will resonate with you both as a couple, make your guests feel like old friends, and bring a few laughs along the way.
Together, we'll design a ceremony that feels like you—whether that means something short or long, traditional or modern, lighthearted or serious. Your ceremony will be a reflection of your journey, your choices, and your love.
Throughout the process, I’m here to support you every step of the way, providing guidance and sharing a draft of your ceremony to ensure it’s exactly what you envision. No surprises on the big day—you’ll know exactly what I’ll say when we stand before your loved ones.
Leading up to your wedding day, I’ll collaborate seamlessly with all your chosen vendors to ensure everything goes smoothly. On the big day, I will deliver your personalized ceremony with professionalism, warmth, and care. Afterward, I’ll take care of the paperwork, filing your Marriage Registry and sending your completed Marriage License to the Office of the Registrar General.
Travel:
Ceremonies within a 40 km radius of my home office incur no additional travel fees.
For ceremonies more than 40 km away (one-way), travel is charged at $0.61 per km, based on the total distance traveled.
For Destination Weddings, travel and accommodation costs are in addition to ceremony fees.

Wedding Rehearsals ($150)
The wedding rehearsal is a chance for you and your wedding party to practice the ceremony, typically held one or two days before the big day. It’s all about choreography and blocking—nothing too complicated, but running through it beforehand can help everyone feel more at ease when the real moment arrives. If you prefer not to have a rehearsal, be sure to check out my rehearsal tips below to help guide you.
Vow Renewal ($450)
Whether you're marking a special anniversary or simply wish to reaffirm your love and commitment to each other, a vow renewal is a beautiful way to celebrate. I would be honored to help you craft a meaningful ceremony that reflects the strength and beauty of your enduring union. Let me assist you in creating a memorable celebration that you’ll cherish forever!
