Booking Steps
Before the Consultation
Choose and confirm your ceremony location.
Select the date and time that works best for your ceremony.
Reach out to me via email (shirleykennedyofficiant@gmail.com) or through the “Contact Me” tab above, to confirm my availability. Once confirmed, we'll schedule an initial consultation. This meeting will give us the opportunity to connect and discuss the ideal ceremony that perfectly reflects your vision and love story.
At the Consultation
During our consultation, we'll explore the type of ceremony you'd like to create together.
We'll go through all the available options for your ceremony, using our planning tools to tailor everything to your preferences—whether it's vow choices, ring exchange options, music, readings, or special rituals.
If you decide to move forward with my services, a non-refundable reservation fee and completion of the online booking form will be required to secure your date and time. The reservation fee is $250.00 and will be credited toward your total fee. For your convenience, I accept cash or email money transfers.
After the Consultation
Decide on the ceremony style that best reflects you both, complete the online booking form, and submit your reservation fee. If you choose the "Short and Sweet Ceremony," I’ll send you a template for you to fill out. If you select the "Classic Ceremony," I’ll provide you with access to my "Ceremony Resources" site, where you can explore and select your preferred ceremony components.
Two months before your wedding, please email me your completed template. If you’ve chosen the Classic Ceremony, I'll also need your responses to the Couple’s Questionnaire at the same time.
If you have booked me for a rehearsal, please confirm your venue's availability for the rehearsal and contact me to confirm mine. An in-person rehearsal can be added to your package at any time for an additional fee of $150.00.
